For non-perishable items like gift sets, perfumes, or plush toys:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days upon return receipt and inspection.

4. Same-Day Deliveries

All customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition.
6. Delivery Confirmation Photo
For quality assurance, a delivery confirmation photo will be taken at the recipient’s door. This image may be used for customer support or complaint resolution. Additional charges may apply for specific delivery photo requests.
